What cookies are

Small files a website stores in your browser to make it work and to understand how it is used.

Cookies we use

Necessary. These are kept in your browser’s storage rather than as cookies. They are never sent to us or to anyone else.

  • gs-consent remembers whether you accepted analytics cookies, so we don’t ask on every page. Kept for 12 months, then we ask again.
  • gs-hcp remembers that you confirmed you are a healthcare professional on the clinicians page. Removed when you close the tab.

Analytics, only if you accept. Google Analytics 4 counts visits and shows us how the site is used. Nothing from Google loads until you choose “Accept analytics”.

  • _ga tells one visitor’s visits apart from another’s. Kept for up to 2 years.
  • _ga_TPNHLSZBF1 keeps track of the current visit. Kept for up to 2 years.

The site sets no other cookies, and no advertising or social media cookies.

Your choices

You can accept or refuse non-essential cookies, and change your mind at any time. Choose “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page. If you switch analytics off, its cookies are deleted straight away.
